I am literally still awaiting my 2020 tax refund. Every time I call and leave a message I never get a return call. For 1-1/2 yrs. I have been dealing with this. Extremely poor client service experience and high prices. I paid more than $200.00 for a refund the IRS says they can't find now.
I wont be going there ever again, after i have to pay them 200$ too file and i get nothing back, from now on someone else will be doing my taxes..
