Just another 1 star review to add to the pile of other 1 star reviews. Just save yourself the hassle and do not go here. We were definitely scammed. Prices on the shelves different to what you are charged at the register. When called out, the server just makes an excuse. Pathetic. Not worth your time or money.
There are a lot of a variety shops in Balaclava. So you don't need to go to this one the lady is always on the phone, there is no prices on anything, she makes up prices based on how you look. She ripped me off $10 by telling me a price on the shelf but the sticker is _10 xheaper. Her reaction,she,laughed and that's the person you are dealing with. But don't worry their is a saint outside of her shop to calm all the customers down. c
The owner is so friendly and they sell anything you need for a cheap price :)
Rude staff, exorbitant prices.
This place is an occupational health and safety nightmare. Can barely move around the store for all the stock on the floor.
