Marc went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. As soon as I walked in, I looked around saw all registers full, but heard a “Hey, welcome to starbuds!” I looked around saw over and saw a smiling face and walked right over. From there the experience was even better. He has amazing patience, he made sure to answer whatever questions I had and even went a step further with suggestions. The whole crew is amazing from the entrance team to the bud team.
