Just come down from Scotland 🏴 for my partner to get a new bike from Roy because he is the best. He has the experience to know what bike size & frame fits.There is no hard sell but we will go back home with another excellent bike. Thanks Roy 🚴🏽♂️
Poor customer service... Poor standard of workmanship for a repair and 70% more expensive. This is what my Granson had to experience! The guy who runs this place certainly has a Attitude problem! He is Rude and unhelpful! If he does not want business why doesn't he say so? There are other local cycle retailers offering great service & proper repairs as we found out after demanding a refund from Star Bikes and going elsewhere. As the saying goes... "Buyer Beware"!!!
Very rude man with a bad attitute. Over priced for repairs. If you want good costomer service and value for money. I would not reccomend star bikes.
