Just popped into Star Bikes for some hand grips and a new helmet. Roy was there to help and even gave me a nice discount on my purchase. Its always good to shop here - always helpful
Absolute zero customer service , very rude .. gave me a silly price then when I questioned it he said well come and pick your bike up I’ve had loads of work since u dropped it off (half hour previous) unbelievable .. avoid !!!
More expensive than halfrauds and the guys got zero customer service skills. Wouldn't step foot in that shop again
Watch this man. He tried to charge my wife £50 for a new front tyre, inner tube and fitting. Luckily I retrieved the bike before he had started.
Brilliant service and helpful owner. Will definitely use Star Cycles again again! Proper set up this!
