Absolute zero customer service , very rude .. gave me a silly price then when I questioned it he said well come and pick your bike up I’ve had loads of work since u dropped it off (half hour previous) unbelievable .. avoid !!!
More expensive than halfrauds and the guys got zero customer service skills. Wouldn't step foot in that shop again
Watch this man. He tried to charge my wife £50 for a new front tyre, inner tube and fitting. Luckily I retrieved the bike before he had started.

Roy helped me out with components, mid afternoon and i needed them next day. Roy went to the post office to arrange a special delivery for them. Brilliant customer service
