My family has purchased 3 bikes from Star Bike over the past few years. They provide great tune-ups also!
I bought a bike two weeks ago when they were doing curbside.... I was told it would be here probably by Wednesday last week....It is now almost Tuesday of this week. I have emailed TWICE and tried to call their number.... if they had to close understandable but AT LEAST call me or email me back! We own a business too so the lack of communication is very disappointing.

Thank you! Last week I dropped off my bike (Walmart special) to get checked over, tightened up and adjusted. I was ready for pickup last night and I was able to pick it up on my way home. At the recommendation of the shop manager, I also got a extension for the handlebars. Between the tune up and the extension, this doesn't feel like the same bike, riding last night was great! I highly recommend Star Bike for repairs and adjustments!
