For being a bank, they have issue with giving you any kind of money.Half the time, and if anything goes wrong with your account, you better figure it out yourself because they do not want to do their job.And they're also pretty disrespectful.Have the time , especially one of the ladies that works there. I highly recommend going to any bank because like I said, this one.If anything happens, you'll have to figure it out yourself and half the time.Make an issue for you trying to get a check cashed.

Don't let your money sit dormant on the account. They'll charge you a service fee for your money sitting in their bank. In response to your reply. I have MidMinnessotaFederalCredit union as my primary bank (I was going to switch to Star) And, in the 8 years I've been there I've never acquired one service fee. And I do leave my savings dormant, because it's just that, a savings account.

Jeff and the team at Star Bank are the best! So easy to work with, prompt responses and personal, efficient service. We use Star Bank both for personal and business needs and highly recommend!
