Good customer service
I love the employees, who now recognize me and call me by my first name. I have multiple accounts, and access at least one online through the website daily over the past 6 years. More than half the time, when seeking online information, an "access denied" or "information unavailable" message appears, even after multiple attempts. Sometimes, access is totally denied. This is unacceptable. This problem is never encountered with my other two banks.

Not attention to detail and very rude. Not a happy customer.
This is the place you go where no info is confidential the bank teller will tell anyone anything about whoever. I would choose any other bank than this bank.
