Do something about your ATM screen so people can actually read it and use it to withdraw $ during daytime hours when the sun is actually shining!
Good customer service
I love the employees, who now recognize me and call me by my first name. I have multiple accounts, and access at least one online through the website daily over the past 6 years. More than half the time, when seeking online information, an "access denied" or "information unavailable" message appears, even after multiple attempts. Sometimes, access is totally denied. This is unacceptable. This problem is never encountered with my other two banks.
