Helpful, friendly banking staff.
We wanted a convenient bank close to home, but it has been INCONVENIENT! We try to use atm and it is a nightmare! It won't let us pull cash out most of the time. Also, I can't do mobile deposits. Me and my husband both tried to pull out money this morning. After 6 attempts it let me withdraw $200, but won't let me do more. I have not had this bank very long, but with the hassle I have dealt with every time, I am considering a new bank!
We only have been banking a few years now. We finally closed our business account from another bank, moved all our loans and also opened personal accounts. Used their ATM for cash and paid the fee without any issues. Went inside to ask to break bills from their ATM into smaller bills since I needed change. They wouldn't do it since I was not a customer. I was a customer years ago when I lived in the area. My family banks with them but the two associates didn't seem like they cared and wanted to get back to doing nothing
