Helpful, friendly banking staff.
We wanted a convenient bank close to home, but it has been INCONVENIENT! We try to use atm and it is a nightmare! It won't let us pull cash out most of the time. Also, I can't do mobile deposits. Me and my husband both tried to pull out money this morning. After 6 attempts it let me withdraw $200, but won't let me do more. I have not had this bank very long, but with the hassle I have dealt with every time, I am considering a new bank!
We only have been banking a few years now. We finally closed our business account from another bank, moved all our loans and also opened personal accounts.
