The building is under construction so visually it’s not the easiest on the eyes. I showed up on a bad day I believe because the front desk clerk who was in charge of billing had not showed up that day and they did not have any other staff to deal with billing. They had to send me an invoice. Not totally inconvenient but not overly professional either not having any staff trained for this kind of inconvenience.
