Not only did they agree to see me on very short notice, they were some of the friendliest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and incredibly efficient. Would highly recommend if you’re in need of any service they offer. Best in town by far!
Heather will take your mortgage clients and arrange a mortgage for them herself so if your a mortgage professional do not ever send her a client she will take them and redirect them to her personal lenders!

Staples & Swain is very easy to work with and their communication is extremely quick. Unfortunately due to the timing of the file and the approaching holidays, we were unable to complete working together; however, I was impressed that Angus McNeil let us know far ahead of time, which allowed us to pivot and make other arrangements.
