The staff all have been amazing to deal with at this practice. Ronni, Nicole. They are very friendly and help you out with everything. Real Estate so far. I am going to be getting my will done at this practice as well. Hands down highly recommend
Staples & Swain is very easy to work with and their communication is extremely quick. Unfortunately due to the timing of the file and the approaching holidays, we were unable to complete working together; however, I was impressed that Angus McNeil let us know far ahead of time, which allowed us to pivot and make other arrangements. On top of that, Angus even went out of his way to try to make arrangements for someone else that would be able to help. I have used their services twice in the past 6 months for document certification and both times I have been truly blown away by the exceptional service. Lightning fast and professional, attending to every detail but super efficient and very cost effective too! The type of service you get here is reminiscent of that from a bygone era. You know that the people working here love what they do and they are building community one impressed client at a time. Thank you.
Not very quick with responding to clients. Takes days to hear back. Very expensive and did not communicate what additional charges were going to be added on our bill. And... They didn't try at all to know us and ensure our case was handled with a personable approach and in a timely matter. If you hire these Ladies...ask questions and demand the time you are paying for...we got charged for a software fee...on top of a 5000 dollar retainer.....insane!!!
