I've used Staples 3 times in 5 years when moving house (including an upright piano). Removalists Mick, Damo and Greg are friendly and work like machines to get the job done and Ross and the guys are responsive and easily to deal with.

Ross will not take responsibility for any damaged equipment. He will claim in email correspondence that he is insured, but that only means his truck, not your precious possessions. Ross's employees has accidentally damaged and rendered inoperable a 65" oled tv today, worth 3k, whilst in transit. His worker Mick has said yes definitely damaged in transit.
