Whoever the two men are who, all by themselves, took care of ALL customer needs on Friday Dec. 26, deserve a medal. The phone rang off the hook and customers just poured in with returns. In spite of incredible number of people, they were polite and patient.

My card was printed very well. Looks great and done in just one day!
Terrible signage and not enough staff here. I came to pick up a print order and decided to drop off a pre-paid UPS package at the same time. Arrived at 10 a.m. mid-week. One person was trying to manage checkout, package drop off, info & more. The line for drop offs was huge. Finally, two more staff arrived and one announced that the line I had been waiting in for 15 minutes was for Amazon returns only. Only when I asked did the staff say UPS drop offs were at the back of the store... again - no SIGNAGE!!
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Great print job. 30 plus years with Staples Printing and purchasing business supplies.
