Terrible signage and not enough staff here. I came to pick up a print order and decided to drop off a pre-paid UPS package at the same time. Arrived at 10 a.m. mid-week. One person was trying to manage checkout, package drop off, info & more. The line for drop offs was huge. Finally, two more staff arrived and one announced that the line I had been waiting in for 15 minutes was for Amazon returns only. Only when I asked did the staff say UPS drop offs were at the back of the store... again - no SIGNAGE!!
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Great print job. 30 plus years with Staples Printing and purchasing business supplies.
