Disappointing! Called in a week ago to ask if they accept vertigo patients and the staff said yes and booked us in for the coming week. My hisband has vertigo we had to ask a friend to drive us to weyburn since he cannot drive yet. Only to be told that they dont do vertigo. Their staff on the phone gave us a missinformation. Im with a sick patient hoping to get help and we had to trouble someone just to get there and i even had to take a day off from work too. Maybe give your staff propper training and do not give false info... read more
