Very disappointed in online service. I tried to call DMV but no answer because they are open only on certain Wednesdays?? Went online to get answers...ended up being charged $60 on my credit card to get an answer to my question regarding an out of state title transfer! My Credit card company (thank God) denied the charge because it was $60 instead of the $5.00 that was supposed to be refundable! What a scam! Stanton County DMV...are you aware online customers are being "scammed" in they use your online services??
