I bought a very nice luxury computer chair, side rests, elevation controls, and tilt controls. After owning this char for less then one week, I had a failure with one of the levers causing the chair to be unable to lock in to a fixed position. I approached the same staff member who sold the chair to me, and she informed me that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY, to contact the manufacturer and send off my chair. 0% accountability by staff and therefore the business. I do not recommend the store, based of my experience.
I bought a Nordic 60 chair from Edith. The service I received was outstanding including delivery which Edith arranged from Stanthorpe to Gold Coast. Rarely do you receive old fashion service like this any more. Thank you Edith.
Honestly such amazing customer service. Always well looked after.
