Strong firm massage. Friendly, attentive and very relaxing
I came in with a really bad back pain after the first session George made it feel better and I instantly booked for another 10 sessions George is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond and often goes over the allotted time can’t recommend enough
Being close to 50 and not having worked out since the early 20s, I got rounded shoulders and chronic upper back pain. I knew getting a sports massage won’t fix it in one go but I must say George knew exactly where my pains were and he worked at it. George is not only quite clearly very skilled with his hands and has a deep knowledge of the body, but he was so nice and friendly that his personality has a relaxing effect of its own. He even went beyond the hour to ensure that he got to the root of the problem. Never done a review before, but George is amazing at what he does and genuinely a great guy!
Highly recommend George. I had a pain in my foot that wasn’t going away, until I saw George! From the first session there has been improvements, and now it does not hurt anymore. Professional and knowledgeable, can’t thank him enough! Excellent service.
