The first sit and fit was actually a Tabata class, not what we signed up for. 2nd class much, much better. The flex and step and sit and fit classes were what we expected from previous years at another St. Center. Thank you for listening. They have a nice variety of classes and activities for local seniors. I've enjoyed the monthly lunches, blood pressure checks and chair yoga... so far. Helpful friendly staff and convenient location.
