A part I'd been using for over a decade had broken. I wasn't sure how to replace it but learned the guarantee behind the parts manufactured. After an efficient phone call, the replacement part was swiftly shipped. Stellar customer service.
Horrible experience. Dryer died after 7 month, financial team without notification declined my refund request. Support team make me sure every day everything will be ok, but not issuing me refund almost 2 month..
I don't know what has happened to Craftsman tools . But they are not the same and customers service is ridiculous, even more so with a warranty claim. Do not buy anything from Stanley, Black & Decker, Craftsman, or any other tool company they now own. Absolutely ridiculous.
I bought a craftsman rake in 2022 from lowes that came with a 15 years warranty. Craftsman is owned by Stanley black and decker. I was on the phone and told that I needed an RA# to exchange my tool, I was transferred 3 times to different departments get to tell me that I needed to email them the purchase receipt, photos of the product which I did and now they emailed me back with this BS statement : Unfortunately, I am unable to approve your warranty request. I purchased a Black & Decker .9 portable washing machine that I have been saving for because that is the only one that I wanted due to the amazing reviews when I went to unpack it and plug it in and use it for the first time the water wouldn’t drain and there was a terrible burning smell Needless to say I was devastated.
