The treatment of my Grandmother at this location has been absolutely disgusting. Had an employee by the name of Olivia Crisco bully and mistreat her. Not only does she give off mean girl energy, she laughed off my concerns. Disgusting.
My grandfather was sent here from the hospital and was very very weak. He couldn’t even pick his head up. And all they did was make him feel insufficient. Telling him he wasn’t doing enough. Just treated him poorly. I had high hopes for a Christian organization; but don’t let that title fool you. He was released 3 days after being there because he couldn’t stand it anymore. I’ve had clients stay there for rehab who say the physical therapists were good. As far as I’ve seen in my visits it’s a decent place with a caring staff and their teamwork and dedication shows for itself . The residents who stay there seem happy, safe and cared for. Thank you to the Stanley staff!
This facility isn’t the place I thought it was alot of the staff ,is a joke.I want call names,but some of the staff talks too much .Think before you talk,be professional ,and you’ll keep a good staff…
In March of 2023 my mother-in-law (Libby) entered Stanley Total Living Center (STLC) as an admit from the hospital. Prior to her admit, Libby had been in and out of the hospital and rehab centers multiple times. Her last hospital stay prior to admission to STLC was very concerning, an we did not expect her to leave the hospital.
