I initially gave Proto a poor review because they didn't respond to my email attempts to receive warranty service. I am updating my review because I personally received a phone call from the company after my 4th email indicating my displeasure with the Proto's customer service. The person who contacted me was very apologetic and asked me to go through the steps I took to receive service and seemed very concerned that the company would analyze where their internal process failed to operate in a satisfactory manner.
