Have purchased COBRA through this group. Spent over 2,000 already and every time I go to get script filled, or try to go to doctor, I am denied! Just wrong.
the FSA is only worth the tax savings IF you anticipate an expensive health cost year. otherwise, some tips on avoiding your account becoming frozen...for ALL expenses except a pharmacy script, pay out of pocket first, then submit your bill to them for reimbursement. my Radiology bill, eyeglasses , and eye examination were all rejected.
I have no choice but to deal with these bums as the company I work for decided to go here for fsa service. If they are the company that handles it next year, I am opting out. I WILL NOT HAVE MY MONEY HELD HOSTAGE AND ACCOUNT LOCKED IF SHDR DECIDES MY PURCHASE DIDN'T QUALIFY. That's right, they lock your account. What did I buy that is suspect??
