A great place to work and staff are amazing
Please do not place your loved one at this placement if its run under future directions cic. The way my loved one was treated by staff and management is really poor. Staff do not help their service users. I have seen staff out and about doing their own shopping while getting paid to support. They meet their own friends and families and take the service users to their own family dos so they dont miss out and get paid for it at the same time .
