Kim Stanley handled our refinancing request quickly and efficiently, she responded promptly to all enquiries, she explained things well, and stopped us signing a loan when there was a discrepancy in the rates offered (something I did not pick up) she handled it and had it amended immediately. I put my trust in her not having a finance background and it was a great decision, not only was it a stress-free experience, she ultimately got us what we wanted, and did broker the best rates. I highly recommend.
