Fantastic service from my local bike shop. Excellent staff who helped me pick out the perfect bike for me. The lady who served me was incredibly knowledgeable. My bike was set up perfectly and I walked out very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect service and great price. I rang and (very poorly) explained the issue I had, as it was one which was indescribable without riding. The guys managed to identify the issue, flag up some other parts which needed adjusting and the bike was picked up nearly as good as new for a very good price. Will be going back for any future repairs or services.
Had a hydraulic hose failure on the road bike - called in unannounced- Howard quoted resolution in 40 minutes. Returned in 40 minutes - cable replaced and rooted, oil topped up and ready to go. We completed our 47 mile bike ride to cap off an amazing day in the Matlock hills. First class service and highly recommended.
Fantastic experience dealing with Andrew when purchasing our new e-bikes. Very informative, helpful with every query. Couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
