Dishonest and don't honour warranties. I bought an air fryer toaster oven and within 2 weeks of normal use the included pan started flaking non stick coating. I assumed they would replace the pan because the box proclaimed a two year limited warranty. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of purchase.
