We brought our black and decker lawn mower in for repairs, and they kept it without calling us for over 2 weeks. We have since retrieved it , having given up on getting service of any kind. We won't ever buy any black and decker products again. If you drop off tproduct for repair , kiss it goodbye. Our grass is over a foot high now.
