Updated: 3 year, after original post, upgraded from 3-4 stars to 4-5 star Context: Recently (March/April 2026) a ratchet, tool, related to the set and previous experience failed after approximately 7+ years of use. This tool and concern was addressed and resolved with increased efficiency. If I could leave a negative stats for black and decker I would. They don’t live up to their warranty guarantees and blow you off. Run away from their appliances because they will not honour the warranty
