I bought a Black and Decker 6 cup rice cooker. Some liquid came out of the cooker and stopped working. I have not even used it for 5 months. Contacted customer care for assistance and very frustrating. They asked for pictures which I understand and even sent the receipt for purchase date to get help with warranty service.
