I was referred to him by a co-worker and was very pleased with his assistance. He has helped us on 3 separate occasions now over the years and has definitely earned our recommendation. While we hope to never need his services again, life still happens and Sam helps ease the way through some of life's unpleasant and exhausting surprises.
Excellent attorney! He was referred for my family’s car accident and did such a wonderful job representing myself and my kids to get the case settled and behind us. Car accidents are awful but he made everything better and settled. Would highly recommend him!
Sam Stanke helped me when my health insurance company was refusing to pay a large claim. He was patient when I had questions, broke the complicated legal aspects down into pieces that were easy to understand, was persistent when the insurance company was not following the normal processes, and was compassionate throughout. We got the claim paid! I am very glad that he was the lawyer I chose to help me, and I definitely recommend him.
Referred to me by the state bar, called me back following day but was terrible in communication, sounded like he had like 10 cups of coffee and didn't care to hear my situation, with in 1min of our conversation he was asking me bizarre questions and telling me it sounds like something he doesn't do before even listening to me. I cannot possibly put into words the gratitude that my family and I have for Mr. Stanke. My mom was diagnosed and ultimately passed away from a rare form of cancer. During her short battle we had to go through the added stress of dealing with her insurance company that was being anything but ethical.
