By far the most infuriating experience ever. I have an outstanding balance with the company and cannot pay by phone. Why? Because no one returns my calls - after 6 or 7 tries. No one ever answers the phone either. There is only a lady (Helena) who recorded a voice mail and she never calls back...NEVER. Should it mean they are not interested in my payment? Interesting...just a consumer's perspective.
After dealing with Assest Systems Inc , I would have to say that Stanislaus Credit Control Service is, hands down, the best agency I've dealt with! (Assest Systems, being the worst!) It is never any fun getting into debt (especially medical bills, as they were'nt planned or avoidable) but this company has been the only posative part of our hospital experiances!
