Extremely poor customer service. For a company of wire they don't seem to understand their work is also outside. Most delivery drivers are given instructions in backing and to wait for the paperwork. After more than hour they claimed they tried to get my attention, which I never saw. I had to go get the BOL just to be met with hostility. Driver's make sure you ask them because you may end up like me.
Do not hand them your card. My bank has a fraud case ongoing.
A great supply house. Friendly people, and legendary service.
