Im with an out of town contractor. The desk didn't know what some of the material was by name. I had to show pictures. I understand this is a small town and they were out of stock but the items I needed are UL listed and should be available by any supply house and known by any sales clerk. The did have some of the items I needed though.
Poor customer service the lady on the phone was not nice.
