Hired the Fort Wayne, Indiana location for a uncontested divorce. About as simple as it gets. No property division arguing. Just submit 2 documents to the court and wait for the required 2 months waiting period. I thought I was hiring a local attorney. This appears to be based out of Illinois. This is on me. Do not use this law firm, it is a scam!! I called and set up a consultation and they said I needed to pay $175 to reserve the spot so I did. Then I called back ten minutes before the consultation to confirm if they would call me or if I should call them, the front desk couldn’t tell me or do anything but transfer me to lines that didn’t answer. Working with Shawn Jerret was amazing, she was very efficient and made a stressful situation easy to navigate. I also had the pleasure working with Sheryl, she was very sweet and helpful. I couldn't reccomend a more considerate and down to earth team.
Could not recommend Shawn enough! I’m a father to an amazing 18 month old girl and I’m positive without her assistance I wouldn’t get to have my daughter as often as I do, I’m sure I’d be stuck fighting to be treated as Ana equal parent and never getting the outcome my daughter deserved. Since having her on my side in court, she’s taken time to help walk me through the process and reassure me. Very professional law firm. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Mr. Zuber was my attorney and made sure I received everything I asked for. He listened to everything I had to say and worked as hard as he could to see that my liberties were protected. I would absolutely recommend them, especially Mr. Zuber to help you with any legal matter.
