We had to scramble to get all of our tax info in this year, but North Cascades took in all in stride and made sure everything was filed on-time . . . a really good experience.

Service and communication has gone so far down it is not possible to sink any further. I was with the prior accounting firm for over 25 years and they were great. Since the merger/buy out the new system does not work. I was never contacted by any new accountant or representative assigned to my account until I received a bill for supposed work done even though the 'work' was never received. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Way overpriced! I became a North Cascade CPA client after they merged with the firm I had worked with for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated quickly after my longtime CPA retired. The employee who had been preparing my taxes was laid off, and it became apparent that the new team didn't fully understand my tax situation.
