Way overpriced! I became a North Cascade CPA client after they merged with the firm I had worked with for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated quickly after my longtime CPA retired. STOP, READ, AVOID: Chris and Meaganne Sullivan just retired. Since February 11, 2026, our new accountant, Fareeha Naim, has answered one question and ignored 3 of my 4 emails. She no-showed my 1 pm meeting with her on June 4, 2026. Client coordinator Shannon Ochoa has no solution. We have been doing business with them for 20+ years. I was thoroughly impressed by the team at North Cascades. They helped me navigate a lot of complexity and were excellent to work with. Lifetime customer.
I had high hopes when transitioning to this firm after my previous accountant retired, but the experience has been frustrating. Communication and follow-through have been inconsistent. I’ve had to repeatedly chase down basic information, and at times it’s been unclear who is actually managing my account.
