Wanted to give these guys a go and support local... But they don't want to support new potential customers and return items that may not fit, so ended up going elsewhere for my STIHL needs. Sorry guys, but that new chainsaw, shirt, jacket, mower, hedge trimmer and more... Are sales that you have now missed out on.

Really, one of the most unhelpful places I have dealt with in the last 10 years, staff member rude and disinterested in assisting me resolve my problem, arrogant and dismissive because my equipment was not Stihl, - he said it was going to take him a whole 1/2 hour to solve my issue and it wasn't worth the time. I understand that the desire is to up sell Stihl product but they advertise repairs of other makes.
