hands down this is the best home my mom has been in for the past six years. The attention and detail these girls and men that work here pay towards their patient I’ve never seen anywhere else I’ve had my mom in so many different nursing home trying to get them able to work with her memory and her aphasia… This is the only place where she has succeeded and strive and gotten better she’s never gonna overcome the aphasia without a miracle which miracles do happen however this memory care facility is the cleanest has a huge gras... read more
I wouldn't recommend this facility for my Dog. My brother went to see our mother and found her foaming at the mouth and demanded they call for Ambulance. A needle mark was found on my mother's foot which left a blood clot. To her leg. No mention to family as of why. This blood clot spread to my moms knee and blackened. We will be taking legal matters.
Mom had a blood clot on foot and no one noticed didn't she get bathed or have socks changed. Not happy I think I'll bring lawyers in.
I am writing to share my experience at Citrus Gardens memory care. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members who genuinely care for the residents, I have found the management to be lacking in both oversight and professionalism. One of the most concerning issues I witnessed was the lack of proper supervision in outdoor areas. I just want to say thank you to Ashlee Monica and Diana also to all the other people like the chaplain, Inland Valley Hospice, and everyone else! You all treated our mother Teresa Persing so very well and went above and beyond your duties. We appreciate your service and sacrifice. Citrus Gardens treated our mom very well and it was within our budget as it was about a third the cost of other facilities. I felt like they treated our mother like family with love and dignity!
