I would not recommend this law firm in anyway. I was lead to believe from Yolanda Simmons that I was getting a plead agreement that would defer my sentence. When she gave me the paperwork to sign, I did not see that deferment listed on the paperwork, so I questioned it. She assured me that it was part of the agreement not to worry about it. She advised me that I needed to complete my part of the agreement before we could go back to court for it to be deferred, which would be a year and that she had scheduled in their compute... read more

I would reccomend this law firm to any one but to STAY away from Frank Surls. He is the meanest, guy ever. He doesn't care what's in the best interest of the client and he says he knows more then you and he will take your money and charge you for every little thing. Like $140 for an Email. Although I do have to say he plays the system and is good at it. He puts his clients down, especially females. I how ever do not Trust this particular lawyer. He just sits and lets you talk and run up your bill so then your money goes down... read more
