Driver in truck number 2026 heading west on 401 just outside of Ingersoll Ontario driving at a high rate of speed (approx 120 KPH plus) and flashing his lights at other vehicles to get out of his way. Flashing your lights at vehicles that at going plus of the speed limit is an infraction of the HTA and a chargeable offence.
