From my very first session with Paul (and very first experience of acupuncture) I have found an incredible improvement in finding a mental balance. I feel at complete ease in my sessions and look forward to them. Paul clearly cares about his clients, is genuinely pleased to hear of my improvements and also takes time to look into anything else he finds during our sessions. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to find betterment in both mind and body – its now become a staple for me!

I had 2 sessions with Paul and felt a difference after both sessions. One was felt on my feet mostly and in the morning it felt a lot better and I could walk more easily and had more flexibility. The other session that I had recently was for my carpal tunnels that are overused at work and the night right after the session I did not experience any numbness in them so this is good. Paul has literally given me my life back. He has helped my back problem so I’m not in such excruciating pain and enabled me to walk without a walking stick. I thoroughly recommend Paul, he is a superb acupuncturist.
This has been my first experience of acupuncture and I was pleasantly surprised. Having suffered from some sports related aches and pains and general feeling of not feeling quite run down, Paul gently got to work on my energy meridians and I feel so much better and more back to how I was. Paul is a gentle and knowledgable expert and I felt comfortable with the work he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone looking for acupuncture in Canterbury.
