So bad company and rude driver. They don't deserve any star .. you need to learn how what mean respect people.
Always received prompt, professional service. Usually rode with Elgin. Always clean van & safe driving.
Sorry excuse for a medical transportation service! From my knowledge there is only one driver which wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't extremely rude as all hell. And the vehicle he uses for transportation is filthy on the inside and smells like literal human feces. I wouldn't ride with this service again if someone paid me to. 0 out of 10 I would not recommend!
I have been using Standfast for over 1year now. The driver is polite , & a very good driver. I would very much recomend this company.
I called for information. The man said he is very busy. And to call after 4 PM. Called to get information for my relative liable transportation to her Medical Appointments for her Lab work. I will not trust this company with her.
