Extremely disappointed. I left my Makita battery grinder to have new brushes fitted at the beginning of February. They told me parts were in stock $10 and labour $39. And might take two weeks. I agreed after telling the receptionist I urgently needed the repair completed. About a month later I called on the phone. Not happy at all ,the office lady is rude,cannot be bothered giving the correct information, email address or get the parts information, and just hangs up As for their reply ,( was told many times) Absolute rubbish and total lies, Was told at the end of the last phone call they couldn't obtain the part then hung up on I've called another company and they can get the part I'll go there where they want my business

Very poor service I took in 3 items, gave them the ok to do repairs. Now I have had to go to the shop three times as they cannot seem to repair them all together. I am still waiting on one item. This was weeks ago. It’s a stuff around deluxe.

Would have rated them lower if there was an option I could see. They charged for a Warranty Repair because they didn't use parts. Openly agreed the generator wouldn't start, then found that charging the battery allowed some function for excitation that in turn enabled the generator to start. No mention anywhere that this function exists, they are thieves. Go elsewhere if you're able to.
