I have not had a great experience. Staff I've spoken to at the Murray location have been quite unkind to me. I bought my glasses in MAY and still have yet to receive them. I know they've been bought out and have to use a new lab but my phone has been having issues getting calls and texts so I've been calling and when I do they must know I've called a lot because man they don't want to give me the time of the day. They get an attitude when I ask for an eta. they won't refund part of my money for waiting for so long. I'm reall... read more

Store is closed down went bankrupt.Now I can't get my prescription to move to somewhere else
I ordered some sunglasses back in June. Was told it’ll be ready in August, then September, then October. Still no glasses and it’s November. Phone numbers don’t work. Yeah don’t go here. Update it seems the office is closed, I’m going to have to check in with the west valley office if there’s any kind of update to my order
