I have not had a great experience. Staff I've spoken to at the Murray location have been quite unkind to me. I bought my glasses in MAY and still have yet to receive them. I know they've been bought out and have to use a new lab but my phone has been having issues getting calls and texts so I've been calling and when I do they must know I've called a lot because man they don't want to give me the time of the day. Store is closed down went bankrupt.Now I can't get my prescription to move to somewhere else
I ordered some sunglasses back in June. Was told it’ll be ready in August, then September, then October. Still no glasses and it’s November. Phone numbers don’t work. Yeah don’t go here. Update it seems the office is closed, I’m going to have to check in with the west valley office if there’s any kind of update to my order
I have been waiting for my glasses since May, and I still do not have them. I feel for the employees because it is not there fault. It sure makes you made.
This place never answers the phone. I'm finding a new optometrist for this reason. This is bad customer service. I have tried multiple times a day also different days and no one will answer. I wanted to schedule an appointment. I don't recommend going here.
