Use caution if you value your safety. This company arrived late for my pickup and then drove with lights and sirens for what was clearly a non-emergency situation, nearly causing a crash. To make matters worse, the driver pleaded with me not to report the incident.

In my experience as a patient, using this company’s ambulance service for rehab and non-emergency transport was a terrifying ordeal. The operator recklessly drove with lights and sirens in rush hour, displaying impatience even though it was a non-emergency situation. This raised serious concerns for my safety.

Terrible, unprofessional business. They contract with insurance companies and they do not perform any type of basic conduct of customer service. I complain along with others but it seems to have no effect. They are infamous for no shows and cancellations without warning or reason. I don't even want to discuss the type of employees they hire. One was so casual in he/she's unprofessional behavior that they felt comfortable talking on their cell phone to their "prison boo" to ensure that they sent the commissary funds I thought... read more

Scheduled a pickup for my mother with this company and confirmed the appointment and all the day before and now the transportation services are not even answering their line. Now my mother who is wheelchair bound had to reschedule her services again.
