This place is an absolute joke. So I go in 6+ weeks ago and speak to Lloyd about building a power pole for me with ground wire and a service box attached, pretty straightforward job by any standards. Quoted at a few dollars under $2,000 which is ridiculous and double what it would cost in the valley but whatever we’re on the mountain and no one likes to work hard up here so everyone price gouges. 20% restocking fee for returns even if they were purchased that day, unopened, that is a bit too much and won’t be returning.

Been coming here for years and every visit was always a great experience of helpful people willing to share knowledge and experience to help me out without ever being condescending. Prices cheaper than homdepot or Lowes and they have way more specialized selection. I wish more local businesses could be like them.

Price gouging like crazy, what is it here, everywhere is overpriced. I got the same plug at home Depot for $13 you tried to sell us for $93, you don't have to take advantage of people to survive!!
