Don't Bother! I had an MRI in November. On Dec.9 I called the 77th street facility to request a CD for my surgeon. I spoke to CRAIG. I have since called 4 times and CRAIG assured me it was mailed/sent. Today is Dec. 23; I NEVER RECEIVED the CD. My surgeon's appointment was a waste of time. On Dec. 19 CRAIG assured me he would overnight another one. It never arrived. Why does this person CRAIG have a job? why is he a liar? Do not use this facility...there's no point. Waste of time and money and STRESS.
