I hate to post such a negative review, but I wish someone had warned me. Jeff seems a likable guy, but we were not satisfied in a number of areas. Here is my experience: 1. Very unresponsive to phone calls, texts, or emails--I tried these multiple times each time I needed to contact him. 2. Ill-equipped for my needs. Our family portrait was on a black background (only option) and the grouping was not well-arranged. Some family members' faces were barely shown. We had 13 people, which was a problem.
