Shelter does NOT support survivors fleeing from out of county. Although some survivors may need to flee out of the county they currently reside in. It is extremely upsetting that the crisis lines tells individuals they have shelter space but refuse to assist bc of their current location

I spoke with Isaura (Isa) some who made waste my time. She lacks communication skills and I feel she does not know what she is doing behind that desk. I did not get any support from this organization.
I called today immediately was hang up on. I could not get a name of the person as they hung up on me the second I ask her for her name.
I am very thankful for my Stand family.
