If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment today at 10:30 and the woman Maria was very rude and lacked professionalism. My initial contact with her was over the phone. She asked me in at least 6 different ways if I got cash aid or child support. I told her no 6 different ways. I asked her what I needed to bring to my appointment so that I was prepared.
