I am so disappointed I chose this company for our outdoor blinds. This was a huge investment for us. I paid my deposit in November, had mostly installed in December and then just went downhill from there. I was told I had ultra lock in my quote but had bolt locks installed, they installed the wrong colour blinds, made the infills the wrong size, they made more pieces to come and fix the ultra lock part and made them in the original colour I was supposed to have so now don’t match what i have, I agreed to go with the colour t... read more
I would give 0 stars if I could!! Don’t use them, for God’s sake! Their aftersales service is absolutely terrible. I’ve had the same issue with my door for over two years. It was “fixed” once before but the same problem keeps reoccurring. Despite multiple calls, no one responds and not a single call has been returned to schedule the service. The faulty component is still under warranty, yet they keep stalling and refusing to fix the problem—now saying there's a four-week wait period just to get it looked at. To make things w... read more

Had two automatic outdoor blinds fitted and couldn’t be happier. They matched the internal blinds so they could all be controlled via an app. Liam (installer) and Brian (electritian) were fantastic, Brian was so patient in trying to get the power to the kitchen blind organised so we didnt need external conduit and ended up with the best looking result. Both super polite and we were so happy with communication and making sure we were happy with the level of blinds etc. highly recommend this company
Michael and Jose installed my balcony blind this morning. Can't rate their professionalism, work and friendliness highly enough. They arrived on time, took less time than I thought to install it and left me with plenty of helpful advice. I'm absolutely chuffed!
