A couple of years ago we requested a quote for a Crimsafe security door fron Stan Bond. The guy that came was rude and condescending to my partner and we never received the promised email quote so we didnt go ahead. Forward to December 2024 and we decided to give Stan Bond another try. we are very pleased with the customer service received from Stan Bond, particularly from installers Michael & Dylan who recently installed our ziptrack blinds which are great
Michael & Sok….What a lovely couple of blokes. They not only fixed our outdoor blinds, but when another elderly neighbour asked if they could check her blinds they gladly obliged. Just ask for Michael / Sok. You won’t be sorry
It's taken us almost 9 months to reflect on our service and experience with Stan Bond and write this review. Our experience was initially very positive with the sales rep and initial customer service we received. However later the experience really soured. We had two crimsafe doors installed with no major issues except for one was poorly installed and had to be fixed on a subsequent visit but the real issues came with our automated roller awning in the backyard. Stan Bond were awesome. They had great customer service and were supper professional from measuring up to installation. I also ordered just before Christmas and they were the only company that guaranteed my blinds to be ready and installed before Christmas which we absolutely wanted. The blinds are so good too, we had outdoor blinds put in around our verandah and it's like we have a new room at the house. Perfect Would highly recommend them
