I’m really not one to leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. I’ve been shopping here for many years, bought plenty of boots and gear, and even recommended the store to friends and family. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. There’s one staff member—an older lady, usually with a ponytail—who is consistently rude and condescending to both myself and anyone I bring in.
