I went in Friday to buy my first pair of cowboy boots, not knowing anything about boots I asked a lady who worked there for help. Well what a mistake. She was an older woman dark hair short and skinny (would put her name but they don't wear name tags or anything to show who works there). She was nothing but rude and snappy and made us feel like idiots for not knowing everything about boots then turned and walked away from us. No info about boots or anything. Fake western goods. Bought an "outback" hat there. "Waterproof". Trouble is the upper portion of the hat has three ventholes in it (on each side) that allow water to pour in. I thought this is the kind of knockoff that you see coming out of China all the time. They get the basic idea right, looks good, great price - doesn't work. Sure enough, I check the brim - "Made in China". Worthless garbage. Never go back to this "western" store again

This was my first visit to Stampede Tack, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I went in looking for a hat, belt buckle, and belt, and Cathy was the staff member who helped me out. Her service was absolutely top-notch—I’d give her 10 stars if I could! I left as a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back.
