I had a very bad experience with the Stamford Youth League; the coaches are completely unprofessional. They offered no encouragement to the players during the game—they would just sit and watch without pushing the kids at all. My son had been there for years, but I had to pull him out because he wasn't getting the training he needed. They refused to move him up a level, claiming he wasn't ready—but how could he be ready when the coaches didn't provide the necessary training? Not happy with the Boys program . Mediocre practices coach does not believe in winning! Could care less about trophies! Well you know what when a child works so hard it’s nice to be rewarded!!! That’s all they look for!!! That little medal !!! The littlest things that Means the most !!!! I’m a firm believer on more touches on the ball the Better !!!
