Not happy with this place. Went to look at a Green Egg, and the lady said the best person is Jason, but he's not here. So after a phone call the next day we agreed to come on a set day. He would demo the green egg with some steak we would bring. Come that day, we turn up with our steak. No Jason. A colleague phones him. He's not coming in, and he'll be in touch within a couple of hours. No phone call has ever been returned. No phone call to say he couldn't make it. Disgraceful service.

Thanks Stamford stoves, nice neat job, all safe very helpful and fitter was very knowledgeable with good advice. Thanks to you all we are enjoying the view and warmth 😁

I spoke with several companies after making the decision to have a log burner installed, Stamford Stoves were by far the best. The survey of my property was completed within 2 days and the quote was provided 2 days later. I wanted to make some amendments to my original choices, nothing was to much trouble, i visited the showroom again and Chris took time to go through all the options available to me. I needed some spares for my Esse pizza oven. They didn't stock what I needed but were really helpful and sorted me an alternative. Great service.
