Changing rooms dirty. Toilets smelt strongly of urine. Pool looks tired. Very disappointed

The pool was quite busy for afternoon time, booking system for swimming slots doesn’t fit the purpose for those who have membership… toilet or changing room not clean enough.

The entrance looked clean and tidy, Safe were helpful Changing rooms were really dirty! They need a good scrub, sick on the floor, the toilets smelt like sewage and we're disgusting, showers dirty. The floors were stained. The changing room generally made me feel sick never seen such a horrible place. Swimming pool was really cold children's including my own and my friends kids had blue lips we were only there and hour. Wave machine was great. Place needs a refurb desperately! Will not be going back until they do

Firstly we didn't know that you had to pre book, it's been a long time since have been. But its not at all clear on the website and that you need to book. And that you only get 90 minutes. We used to take our children to this pool and 20 + years ago it was lovely and clean. Taking our Grandchildren it was not the same experience. Pool changing rooms were dirty, the baby changing station attached to wall, dirty, the cubile itself smelt of urine. Nice place clean and inviting, not very big, does have a wave machine,good little leisure pool with an attached gym is a bonus
